Rowsley backs Giggs and Neville’s second Manchester hotel

Former Manchester United stars Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs have entered into a joint venture with Rowsley Ltd to develop a boutique hotel and restaurant at Manchester’s Northern Stock Exchange.
