Plans submitted for West End’s tallest tower

Great Western Developments, a subsidiary of Singaporean publicly listed Hotel Properties, and its development partner Sellar Property Group have submitted a planning application for the redevelopment of the former Royal Mail sorting office at 31 London Street in Paddington.
